The city where Chef Pooja grew up comes alive when the rains arrive. Streets glisten, local trains rumble through crowded stations, cutting chai is poured into steaming glasses, bhutta chars over open flames, and the smell of freshly fried bhajiyas fills the air.

This chapter steps away from the traditional sit-down tasting experience and takes guests on an immersive journey through the streets of Mumbai.
